Nexity: acquires 65% of German property developer Pantera
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday morning Nexity announced the acquisition of a 65% stake in Pantera, a German residential property developer.
Together, Nexity and Pantera AG want to propose new models of intergenerational housing with managed residences (from student to seniors).
Pantera AG has become one of the leading developers of managed residences in Germany in just 10 years.
This offer is aimed at students, business travellers and people over 65, who are targeted by the offer of managed residences. Its project portfolio has over 2,500 dwellings spread over 15 sites and represents potential revenue of around 600 million euros.
Pantera is also involved in projects relating to historic monuments, renovation and new premium housing.
