Gecina: divests 16 non-strategic assets
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina announces that it has sold a mixed portfolio of 16 non-strategic assets (due to their location or size) to two funds managed by Keys REIM for a total 54.
6 million euros, excluding transfer duties.
The property group specifies that this portfolio, which totals 26,000m² is comprised of office, retail and car parking assets located in Paris, the surrounding Ile de France, along with other regions.
"With this sale, Gecina is moving forward with its strategy to rationalize its portfolio and further strengthening, in the Paris Region, the centrality of its office assets in sectors with a focus on mixed-uses and proximity".
