Gecina: adjusts dividend for 2019
(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina says that its board of directors has decided to propose to the its AGM a limit to its dividend paid for 2019 - cutting it from 5.
60 euros to 5.30 euros per share, with this amount covering the legal obligations of the SIIC regime applying to the Company.
With an initial payment of 2.80 euros having already been made on 6 March, the balance of 2.50 euros per share will be paid in cash on 3 July, subject to the approval of this provision by its combined general meeting.
This meeting will also be held on 23 April, behind closed doors, without the physical presence of its shareholders, due to the coronavirus epidemic. Finally, faced with the current uncertainties, the real estate group is suspending its guidance for 2020.
