Bureau Veritas: FY adjusted EPS down 37%
(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas has published FY 2020 adjusted EPS that is down 37.
3% at 0.64 euro, with an adjusted operating margin of 13.4% (-294 basis points) for revenue of 4.6 billion euros, down 9.8% (-6% in organic terms).
The inspection and certification group is proposing a dividend of 0.36 euro per share for 2020, to be paid in cash. In the future, it undertakes to propose a dividend payout corresponding to approximately 50% of its adjusted net profit.
In 2021 Bureau Veritas expects to achieve solid organic sales growth, while improving its adjusted operating margin and maintaining a high level of cash flow.
