Bureau Veritas: Ingenico boss joins board
(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas announces that its Board of Directors has co-opted Philippe Lazare, the Chairman and CEO of Ingenico Group, as a director, from 3 October 2018 until the end of AGM that will be convened to rule on the group's 2021 accounts.
The next AGM will be invited to ratify this co-option, which comes after the resignation, for personal reasons, of Jean-Michel Ropert, who was a board member for nine years.
"He will provide his multisectoral knowledge and his experience as the head of a global leader in seamless payment solutions, at the heart of digital transformations" said Mr Aldo Cardoso, chairman of Bureau Veritas' board of directors.
