Trigano: acquires 85% of Adria group.
(CercleFinance.com) - Trigano has announced having completed the acquisition of 85% of the capital of the company Protej d.
o.o, which owns Adria Group.
Trigano may acquire the remaining 15% in the next few years.
Trigano said that Adria is a brand that is established in a uniform way throughout the European market of recreational vehicles. The company designs and manufactures motorhomes, caravans and mobile homes in Slovenia.
The company generated sales of 355 million euros in 2016.
