Bourbon: Jacques de Chateauvieux appointed head

(CercleFinance.com) - Bourbon has said that its board of directors has decided to join the roles of board chairman and CEO, appointing Jacques de Chateauvieux at the helm of the offshore maritime oil and gas group, with immediate effect.

Gaël Bodénès has been appointed deputy CEO and will therefore be able to concentrate on running the company, along with the continuing the transformation that has been initiated by the group, to best profit from the significant signs of a recovery that have been seen.

The company management board therefore includes Jacques de Chateauvieux, Gaël Bodénès and Thierry Hochoa, deputy CEO in charge of finance and administration. Note that Antoine Grenier and Elizabeth Van Damme will step down from the board.
