Bourbon: change on board of directors.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bourbon has announced the resignation of Guillaume de Châteauvieux from his duties as administrator as from 1 July.
Guillaume will take on the role of Director - partnerships and development from this same date.
To replace him, the marine services group's board of directors has
decided to co-opt Adrien de Chomereau as administrator for the duration
of his predecessor's remaining term of office.
