Euler Hermes: 2017 net result of 315.4 million euros
(CercleFinance.com) - The group's revenues reached 2,567 million euros at the end of December, stable compared to last year's figures.
Revenues increased by 0.4% like-for-like.
Premiums earned increased by 0.7% at constant exchange rates, thanks to satisfactory commercial activity. Total new business reached 317 million euros.
Ordinary operating income was also stable at 376.1 million euros. After taking into account non-ordinary items, operating profit reached 359.5 million euros.
Net income reached 315.4 million euros, up +9.9% compared to last year. “It includes an exceptional tax reimbursement from the French government on the 3% taxation on paid dividends which was deemed unconstitutional by the French Constitutional Court,” the group said.
