Tarkett: still a buyer, Oddo BHF targets 39 euros
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF is standing firm, and this morning confirms its buy rating on the share of flooring specialist Tarkett, which has fallen by almost 10% since the beginning of the year.
The broker maintains its target price at 39 euros.
Analysts welcome the group's announcement, the day before, of a three-year investment of 70 million euros - especially in North America (50 million euros), as well as in Europe, to strengthen its production capacity of upmarket vinyl tiles. Tarkett believes that these investments will also improve its industrial efficiency.
Oddo BHF notes that the group overall intends to devote slightly over 3.5% of its revenues to investments. Therefore, analysts still think that from a medium-term viewpoint, investors are recommended to buy the share.
