Tarkett: Bryan Garnier initiates coverage with 'buy' rating.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bryan Garnier initiates its coverage of the Tarkett stock with a "buy" rating and a fair value of 40 euros, deeming that growth of the US market, a return to better fortunes in Russia and future acquisitions are all positive catalysts for the group.
“The global leader in vinyl flooring, listed for trading since 2013, has lost one quarter of its value since June 2017, penalised by elements in part non-recurring and now well known by the market,” the broker acknowledges.
However, Bryan Garnier underlines that organic growth has now returned, driven by volumes, which, in its opinion, will facilitate price increases and therefore the improvement in operating margins from 2018.
