Amundi: all resolutions approved at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Asset manager Amundi held its AGM on Wednesday 18 May 2022.
With a quorum of 86.9%, the meeting approved all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, with an average score of 97.8%.
As announced on 9 February 2022, Amundi's financial strength enables it to continue its dividend policy, i.e. a distribution rate of 65% of net income, group share.
The dividend for 2021 has been set at 4.10 euros per share, representing a yield of 7.3%. It will be detached from the share on 23 May 2022 and paid from 25 May 2022.
