Amundi: FY 2020 adjused net income down 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi has reported adjusted net income of 962 million euros for 2020, down 4.
7%, although flat excluding the impact of the market downturn, a result that the asset management group says is close to the trajectory of the 2018-2020 plan.
The company points out that this result includes net income that is down 4.1%, hit by the crisis, although this was partly offset by a 2.6% reduction in operating expenses, as well as a significant increase in the contribution from equity affiliates.
Announcing a financial position that remains very solid (CET1 ratio of 20%), Amundi says that it will resume its dividend policy, and will pay a dividend of 2.90 euros per share, to be detached on 13 May and paid from 17 May.
