Amundi: buys two buildings in Amsterdam
(CercleFinance.com) - On behalf of the funds it manages, Amundi Immobilier has announced the purchase of two office buildings, "Max" and "Moore" in "Amsterdam-Noord," from the Dutch developers Being and COD, as part of an off-plan sale (VEFA).
Construction started in July 2020 and delivery is scheduled for the end of 2021. The property complex develops approximately 9,800 m². The buildings will be partially linked and will offer 90 outdoor parking spaces and an indoor bicycle garage.
