Amundi: acquires real estate portfolio in Lyon
(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi Immobilier (on behalf of the funds it manages) and Crédit Agricole Centre-Est announce that they have completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 38 real estate assets located on some of the most emblematic streets of Lyon.
Until now owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority sovereign fund, this portfolio, made up of 28 mixed-use buildings (shops, offices and residential) and 10 shops, represents a total surface area of 71,744 m² and has 600 tenants.
Amundi said that this is an example of the close cooperation between Amundi and the Crédit Agricole regional banks, which aims to promote internal synergies for the development of business in regions and territories.
