Valneva: prices E102.9m offering
(CercleFinance.com) - Valneva, the vaccine company, today announced that it has priced 21 million ordinary shares in a global offering reserved for certain categories of investors, including a public offering of 375,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS), each representing two ordinary shares, in the United States (the US Offer) and a concurrent private placement of 20,250,000 ordinary shares in other countries outside the United States (the European Private Placement, together with the US Offer, the Global Offer).
Due to very strong demand, the Company has increased the size of the offering from the originally planned 40 million dollars.
The gros total should therefore reach 102.9 million euros, i.e. approximately 99.9 million dollars.
The initial subscription price was set at 4.90 euros per ordinary share and 9.51 dollars per ADS.
