Valneva: launches proposed global offering of about $40m
(CercleFinance.com) - The vaccine company Valneva today announced that it intends to issue and sell approximately 40 million dollars of its ordinary shares in a global offering to certain categories of investors.
The offering includes (i) an offering of its American Depositary Shares (ADS), each representing two ordinary shares, in the United States and (ii) a concurrent private placement of ordinary shares in other countries outside the US (the "European Private Placement", together with the US Offering, the "Global Offering").
All securities sold in the Global Offering will be issued by the Company.
The subscription price per ADS in US dollars and the corresponding subscription price per ordinary share in euros, as well as the final number of ADS and ordinary shares issued in the Global Offering, will be determined following the completion of the order book construction process, which begins immediately.
