Wavestone: negotiates acquisition in the UK
(CercleFinance.com) - Wavestone has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a UK-based consulting firm that specialises in major IT transformation programs, mainly from major banks and financial institutions.
The acquisition of 100% this company's capital is expected to be fully financed in cash, partly using Wavestone's already existing credit lines. The final agreement could be signed in April.
The purchase price would be based on an enterprise value representing approximately 1.2 times the 2017 turnover. Around 25% of the price would be determined by the company's performance over the year following the signature.
