(CercleFinance.com) - iliad Holding has successfully placed a quadruple-tranche bond of approximately 3.
7 billion euros with European and US investors.
With this issue, iliad Holding successfully enters the "high-yield" market. It is the largest high-yield bond issue by a European issuer so far in 2021, and the largest issue by a European telecom group since October 2017, the group says.
This issue met strong demand, which enabled iliad Holding to optimise its funding cost at an average of about 5.3% for an average maturity of about 6 years.
