iliad: results of tender offer
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale have informed the AMF that at the close of its simplified tender offer, Holdco II holds 57,641,713 Iliad shares, i.
e. 96.58% of the telecom operator's capital and at least 94.17% of its voting rights.
During the simplified tender offer for Iliad shares, i.e. from 9 to 24 September inclusive, Holdco II acquired 7,811,920 shares under the semi-centralisation procedure and 4,496,828 shares on the market at a unit price of 182 euros.
