Iliad: sharp increase in annual earnings
(CercleFinance.com) - Iliad has published 2019 net income that is up sharply at 1.
73 billion euros (against 330 million in 2018), with Group EBITDAaL that is down 5.8% at 1.65 billion euros, following start-up losses in Italy (EBITDAaL up 5.5% at 1.9 billion euros for France).
The telecom operator posted a 9% increase in group revenues at 5.33 billion euros, with a return to growth in France (+3%) thanks to the sound performance of its mobile telephony division, while revenues in Italy increased by almost 3.5 times in one year.
Its board of directors will submit to the AGM scheduled for 20 May a dividend of 2.60 euros per existing share. This will be detached on 24 June and paid from 26 June on positions closed on the evening of 25 June.
