Claranova: signs new partnership in IoT.
(CercleFinance.com) - As a subsidiary of Claranova that is specialised in the Internet of things (IoT), and formerly known as Avanquest, the entity myDevices concluded a capitalistic and strategic partnership with a major Chinese player in the telecoms and media sector on the Asian market, we learned after trading on Wednesday.
Claranova is therefore continuing its development strategy by directly financing its subsidiaries with industrial players that are more competent than the markets to estimate the strategic value of these activities.
This agreement provides for distribution and localisation under license of the Cayenne platform in China. It also includes a minority stake in the equity capital of myDevices, amounting to 3.5 million dollars.
