Kaufman & Broad: interim earnings up slightly.
(CercleFinance.com) - Kaufman & Broad has published H1 2017 net attributable profit of 20.
2 million euros, against 18.1 million euros a year earlier, with an operating margin of 7.8%, against 7.9% in the first half of 2016.
The property developer's total net revenues reached 627.7 million euros up 9.2%, with revenues of its apartments business rising 20.6% to 520 million euros.
Kaufman & Broad expects to report FY 2017 sales growth of at least 10%, with its gross margin and adjusted EBIT margin remaining around 19% and 8.5% respectively, with net financial debt expected to be under 80 million euros.
