Orpea: opens accelerated safeguard procedure
(CercleFinance.com) - Orpea announces the opening of an accelerated safeguard procedure by the Commercial Court of Nanterre, with an initial observation period set at two months, which can be renewed by two months, without exceeding a total of four months.
In this context, the court has appointed SELARL FHB, in the person of Hélène Bourbouloux, as administrator and SELARL AJRS, in the person of Thibaut Martinat, as co-administrator.
Reminder that the opening of these proceedings is intended to facilitate the implementation of the restructuring plan by the dependency care group , in accordance with the agreements recently reached.
