Orange: redeems 1 billion dollar notes
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced its intention to redeem its 1 billion dollar aggregate principal amount of 4.
125% Notes due September 2021, which represents all of the remaining principal amount outstanding
"Notice will be sent to holders in due course as provided in the Indenture dated as of 9 July 2009 (as amended and supplemented) between France Telecom, which changed its name to Orange as of 1 July 2013, and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee", the telecom operator said.
