Orange: successful sustainable bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announced on Tuesday its first successful sustainable bond issue, amounting to 500 million euros.
This is intended to finance project that fully reflect the group's aims in both the environmental and social fields.
For this first issue, Orange intends to devote around 40% of the funds raised to digital and social inclusion projects and around 60% of the funds to energy efficiency and circular economy projects, it said.
