Orange: takes note of Paris tribunal decision
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces that it has taken note of the judgment rendered today by the Paris tribunal.
As announced, Orange will not appeal this decision.
The Group states that in July 2019 it decided to create a commission for the compensation of individual injuries, the implementation of which was the subject of discussions with the Trade Union Organisations.
"The Evaluation and Compensation Committee, which was set up on 1 October, is already examining the first dossiers sent by individuals who were present in the company between 2007 and 2010, or their beneficiaries" management said.
"Orange has undertaken a vast social transformation project and has implemented measures aimed at preventing workplace suffering and psychosocial risks at a level that is unprecedented among large French companies," management added.
