Orange: partnership with Global Fund in Africa
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces the signing of a partnership agreement with the Global Fund to develop innovative e-health solutions to reduce the prevalence of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Africa.
Under this agreement, there will be a digital platform for health professionals for the monitoring of patients, which will be set up in Morocco by December 2019. It is planned that this partnership will be extended to other countries including the Ivory Coast, the DRC and Burkina Faso in 2020.
The digital solutions developed by the French telecom operator may also apply to the many areas of e-health, including the management of stockpiles of medicines, prevention and data collection.
