Orange: profit sharing agreement with trade unions
(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced signing on a new profit-sharing agreement with the CFDT trade unions, CFE-CGC Orange, FO.
COM and SUD (over 81% of the votes in the last professional elections), an agreement covering the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
This agreement aims to recognise reaching targets for sales, control of operating and investment expenses (for 65% of the global envelope).
It also includes an indicator of corporate social responsibility (for 5%) as well as the quality of customer service (for 30%). The aim of reducing electricity consumption is thus included in this new agreement.
