Renault: market ignores Nissan's contribution to earnings
(CercleFinance.com) - Renault Group has announced the Q4 2021-22 results published by its Japanese partner Nissan, which will be reflected in its own net income for Q1 2022 by a positive contribution estimated at 49 million euros.
Impairment losses on the group's Russian's assets have been accounted for as of 31 March and taken into account by Nissan for their share in Renault Group (i.e. 15%) in their Japanese GAAP financials published today.
Investors seem to be steering clear of Renault shares today, down 6% this lunchtime.
