Renault: developments in brand organisation
(CercleFinance.com) - Renault announces a project to develop its organisation around its brands by grouping them around four business units (BUs): Renault, Dacia, Alpine and Nouvelles mobilités.
Group management said that it aims to give each BU an autonomous organisation.
"This project aims to create a simpler and more results-oriented organization, while strengthening the cohesion, motivation and sense of belonging of the teams thus grouped by brands," the group said.
