Renault: volumes down in H1 2019

3% fall in passenger car volumes sold at the end of the first half of 2019.
In June 2019, volumes fell by 13.2%.
Clio consolidates its position as No. 1 in the French market, for all sales channels combined. Also renewed, the Twingo remains the leader of the segment A and saw its sales pick up again.
Captur is still the leader in B-SUVs and confirms its 5th place on the market, for all segments. The Group has 3 vehicles in the top 5 of segment C, with the Duster, Mégane and Scénic models. while Espace remains the leader of the E segment.
Commercial vehicle sales grew by 6.5% cumulatively at the end of the first half of 2019 and reached their best level in terms of volume for the past 11 years.
In the markets for electric vehicles, Renault remains the leader with ZOE n° 1 in passenger car sales. Kangoo Z.E. remains in pole position for Commercial vehicles.
