(CercleFinance.com) - Renault announces that, at a board meeting, the audit mission has concluded that the remuneration items of the current members of the Executive Committee for 2017 and 2018 are compliant and that no fraud has been detected.
This mission, conducted within the framework of Renault's compliance and ethics procedures, is conducted by internal experts from the Department of Ethics/Compliance, assisted by independent external experts.
In accordance with the initial referral, the audit mission will continue over previous years. It will be reported in the same way at the next board meeting.
