Renault: Recapitalisation of Avtovaz is complete
(CercleFinance.com) - Alliance Rostec Auto, the joint company of Renault and Rotec, the majority shareholder of Avtovaz, has increased its participation in Avtovaz to 100% of the share capital as the result of a mandatory withdrawal launched for the Russian auto maker, indicated Renault.
It will be recalled that the share capital of ARA BV is held 67.6% by Renault and 32.4% by Rostec.
“This mandatory withdrawal operation completes the recapitalisation process undertaken in December 2016,” commented Renault.
