Renault: BlackRock reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, US asset manager BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 23 May it reduced its stake to below the 5% threshold in Renault's capital, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds, 4.
96% of the carmaker's capital and 3.63% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold has resulted from the sale of Renault shares both on the market and over the counter, along with the redemption of shares held as collateral.
