Renault: a new chairman and CEO for Avtovaz
(CercleFinance.com) - Alliance Rostec Auto BV today announces the appointment of Yves Caracatzanis as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avtovaz.
He will take office on 1 June 2018.
Nicolas Maure will remain Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avtovaz until 31 May 2018 and will continue to oversee the company's financial recovery and deployment of its strategic plan as Senior Vice Chairman Group Renault, director of operations of the Eurasia region and Vice Chairman of Avtovaz's Board of Directors from 2 April 2018.
Yves Caracatzanis is currently CEO of Renault Group in Romania. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dacia Automobile SA in Romania.
