Eramet: suspends 2020 targets
(CercleFinance.com) - While it is currently unable to precisely quantify the impact of the pandemic, Eramet has decided to suspend its targets for production and EBITDA in 2020.
The group will update its outlook for 2020 once it has more visibility.
The metals group has drawn all of its credit lines as a precaution. Cash preservation measures have also been strengthened and accelerated in order to preserve liquidity and financing capacities.
"Mining and metallurgy production have not been significantly impacted to date. However, the situation could change rapidly. First-quarter order intakes are still at a normal level, particularly in Asia," Eramet adds.
