(CercleFinance.com) - Oil services group TechnipFMC said this morning that it has agreed with Plexus Holding to buy its equipment and exploration services for platforms business.
The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The Group will therefore reinforce its presence in the domains of high pressure and temperature.
Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, the target will be integrated into the TechnipFMC's Surface Technologies division.
