(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday, Société Générale Assurances and Roadzen, an international Fintech for mobility and artificial intelligence announced a strategic agreement to create a European leader in digital contextual insurance.
This agreement will mean that Roadzen will take a significant minority stake in the capital of Moonshot-Internet, the insurtech of Société Générale Assurances.
"With this strategic deal, under which Roadzen will take a significant minority stake in Moonshot-Internet, Societe Generale Assurances is stepping up the commercial and international development of its start-up by leveraging Roadzen's cutting-edge technological expertise and complementary geographical strengths," the companies said.
