Société Générale: Capital Group stake below 5% of voting rig
(CercleFinance.com) - The Capital Group Companies has informed the AMF that on 21 June, its stake fell below the threshold of 5% of Société Générale's voting rights, with it now holding 5.
17% of the bank's capital and 4.74% of its voting rights.
