4 million vehicles under management, announces the success of its initial public offering on the Euronext Paris regulated market.
Based on 80 820 728 existing shares sold by the selling shareholder, representing 20% of ALD's share capital, and with an Offer price set at 14.30 euros per share, the scale of the IPO was around 1 156 million euros (before exercising the over-allotment option). If the over-allotment option is exercised, the total size of the Offer will come to around 1 329 million euros.
