ALD: IPO launched.
(CercleFinance.com) - ALD, a long-term automobile leasing and fleet management group that is a subsidiary of Société Générale, has announced the launch of its initial public offering on Euronext Paris regulated market (compartment A).
The offer consists of the sale of 80,820,728 existing shares sold (a maximum of 92,943,837 shares, in the event of full exercise of the over-allocation option), as part of a global placement and a public offering in France.
The indicative price range has been set at between 14.20 euros and 17.40 euros per share. The share is set to begin trading on 16 June on a quotation line that is entitled "ALD AIW (as-if-and-when-delivered)".
