Dassault Systèmes: completes acquisition of NuoDB
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes has announced the acquisition of all the share capital of NuoDB, in which it already held a 16% stake, which will enable it to continue the deployment of its strategy in data science and the cloud.
Headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, NuoDB publishes a distributed SQL database deployed natively in the Cloud, building on the competitive advantages of the Cloud and designed for mission-critical applications.
Dassault Systèmes and NuoDB expect to close the transaction - whose financial terms were not specified - in December. NuoDB reported sales of approximately 6 million dollars in 2019.
