At its forthcoming CMD of 13 November, Dassault Systèmes will demonstrate that the price it paid for Medidata is justified by its strategic interest and prospects for profitable growth, the analyst says.
According to the broker, the integration of Medidata should enhance the group's structural organic growth by 100 basis points, while increasing 2020e EPS by 10%.
