Dassault Systèmes: contract with Bridgestone EMEA
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes announces that it has been selected to accompany the tyre maker Bridgestone EMEA in rolling out its new smart factory program to optimise the performance of its industrial operations.
Bridgestone EMEA will use the DELMIA Apriso and QUINTIQ applications that are available on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to manage its manufacturing activities, plan production and optimise eight production sites across Europe.
This will help reduce the planning cycle from several weeks to several days, while increasing the use of plant assets and responding more quickly to production interruptions with an integrated solution.
