Dassault Systèmes: takes over Centric Software
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes announces the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake of between 58% and 69% in Centric Software, the publisher of a digital transformation and innovation platform.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, with offices in 13 countries, Centric Software provides Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software to over 600 brands in the fashion, retail and consumer goods sectors.
Dassault Systèmes will make an advance payment for the purchase of the balance of the shares that will take place in 2020 and in 2021. The acquisition of the entire capital will depend on sales growth and improvements in profitability over the next two years.
