Dassault Systèmes: launches takeover bid on Exa Corporation.
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes this morning announced the launch of a takeover bid in cash for all of Exa Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.
This deal has been made at a price of 24.25 dollars per share.
The tender offer will be made through a takeover bid dated 12 October 2017 and the previously announced merger agreement of 27 September 2017, between some of Dassault Systèmes and Exa's subsidiaries.
Dassault Systèmes has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States (SEC), a note relating to this tender offer.
