Publicis: squeeze-out of Soft Computing shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF SCA, acting on behalf of Multi Market Services France Holdings, a subsidiary of Publicis, has informed the AMF of the decision to proceed with the implementation of a squeeze-out on Soft Computing shares that it does not yet hold.
This squeeze-out will be implemented as of 2 April and will cover the 40,198 outstanding shares not held by the initiator at the closing date of the offer, apart from treasury shares, at a price of 25 euros per share, net of all charges.
The total amount of compensation has already been paid by the initiator into a blocked account opened for this purpose with Oddo BHF SCA. Soft Computing shares will be delisted from the regulated market of Euronext Paris on 2 April.
