Publicis: organic growth rebounds in Q3

(CercleFinance.com) - French advertising giant Publicis' sales returned to positive organic growth in Q3, reaching 2.
2 billion euros, up 1.3% like-for-like, and up 0.5% as reported.

With the group confirming its forecasts, the share is up almost 4% in Paris this morning.

Excluding Publicis Health Services (PHS), which is under review, growth reaches 2.2%.

Over the first nine months of the year, sales came in at 6.5 billion euros, down 5.4% as reported, with organic growth reaching 0.2% - this reached +0.8% excluding PHS.

Company boss, Arthur Sadoun mentioned a "solid" quarter. For the full year, Publicis still targets organic growth that exceeds its level in 2017, an improvement of 30 bp to 50 bp in its operating margin, and at constant exchange rates and on a current basis, EPS growth of 5% to 10%.
