Publicis: acquisition of Kindred Group in Czech Republic
(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis Groupe announces the acquisition of Kindred Group, the largest independent digital communications group in the Czech Republic.
Kindred Group's clients include several international and local brands, such as Moneta Money Bank, Unilever, KMV, Vodafone, Zoot, Rémy Cointreau, Ceskoslovenska obchodní Bank, Huawei and Makro Cash and Carry.
Jarek Ziebinski, Publicis' CEO for Central and Northern Europe, said that Kindred Group will bring its local, digital and creative expertise, which will strengthen Publicis Group's integrated offer on the Czech market.
